We aim to provide a positive client experience; thus, we have a 30-day return policy. Everything may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Please keep in mind that in the event of a return, consumers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. ONLINE RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we have received and reviewed your return (typically within 72 hours of arrival), your exchange order will be processed and sent to you within the following 7 business days. In the event of a refund, it will be granted within 7 business days, and you will get an email confirming that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be provided to the original means of payment and processed between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as an order note on email or order number with details

Return claims will be denied if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality or substance of the product after receiving it. All the products are authentic and originally made by famous brands of the world. 

No claim will be accepted until the return authorization is obtained. Return permission is issued with the invoice, which the paperwork is used to request a return for things that were delivered with a defect or deviation according to the criteria specified.

Return claims are permitted for items received by consumers in damaged or torn condition. Ordered products that are out of stock before the confirmation procedure is finished will be refunded.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Online Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

THE CUSTOMER WILL BE ENTITLED FOR A REFUND IF:

  • The consumer was given the incorrect product.
  • The product contains various issues.
  • The product was damaged during the shipping.
  • The product has been tampered with.

MISSING OR LATE ITEMS

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or return.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled if the product has not been dispatched. However, after the product has been shipped, the consumer must receive it before the return procedure may begin. People who refuse to accept the package will not receive a refund. 

PACKAGING AND POSTAGE
